Princess KUMOI-NO-KARI came to YAKUSHIMA

Even we have come to start a rescue dog at last. We have come to have the child of KAI-KEN "SUGURI" handed over. I got acquainted with the rescue dogs camp in November of the last year with him. We did a drive toward KOMORO city NAGANO Pref. which SUGURI and the keeper live. DAIZEN, KAORI and WAKEN did a drive slowly, while tarrying everywhere and enjoyed a journey. We arrived at the house of Mr. YAMASHITA of the keeper of SUGURI in the night on February 2. We learnt many matters from him, and we stayed at his house.

On February 3, we visited the house of Merue who is the wife of SUGURI who lives in TOKYO with Mr. YAMASHITA. Puppies which were made between SUGURI and Merue are here. Already other person received 1 puppy. Mr. YAMASHITA chose the puppy suitable for a rescue dog most out of 3 remaining heads. The puppy is the female dog of the name called KARI (wild goose). Her name of a pedigree is "KUMOI-NO-KARI". As for the name her keeper quoted it from the GENJI story (by MURASAKI-SHIKIBU).

We have come back while also doing a tarrying slowly even the return way from TOKYO. KARI did a long journey suddenly. However, this would have become her precious experience. This journey will be useful for her training probably.

The journey from TOKYO to YAKUSHIMA
February 3 night	We stayed at the friend's home in TOKYO.
February 4 morning to daytime	We did the center of TOKYO a drive and got off sometimes and walked.
February 4 evening	We went to the brother's home of KAORI in YOKOHAMA city.
February 4 night	We went to the friend's home of HADANO city. There was a Golden retriever here.
February 5 morning to daytime	We played in the dune of HAMAMATU city. KARI had an interest in the branch of tree and tennis ball.
February 5 night	We stayed at the friend's home (Person concerned of the rescue dog) of MIE Pref. KARI met with Labrador retriever and German shepherd dog. She plays without being timid to them and attach and howl.
February 6 daytime	We went to a pet shop with the friend and bought KARI's toy etc.
February 7 morning	We played in the camp place of the mountain of HIROSHIMA Pref. KARI crosses a small bridge and also did an ascent descent repeatedly a steep slope and also entered a little bit into a river.
February 8 morning to daytime	We saw cranes in IZUMI city KAGOSHIMA Pref.
February 8 night	We stayed at the friend's home of KAGOSHIMA city.
February 9 morning to daytime	We got on the cargo ferry from KAGOSHIMA city to YAKUSHIMA.
